Description of group programs
STRENGTH, AEROBIC, COMBAT AND MIXED FORMAT CLASSES
ABS+Spine Bosu (55 min.) - strength training for abdominal muscles and back using a special sphere. Recommended for advanced training.
Body Sculpt (55 min.) - strength training for all muscle groups. Recommended for any level of preparation.
Interval attack (55 min.) - this technique provides for the combination of aerobic and power loads, since the class constantly alternates exercises of different directions.
Shape (55 min.) - training is aimed at deep working out of all major muscle groups with the use of additional equipment (dumbbells, expanders, fitballs, etc.). The training is held on the ground floor.
TRX (55 min.) - functional toning with the help of trx loops - this is work with your own weight. Allows you to perform various exercises aimed at developing strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and allows you to choose the level of intensity and load yourself. Strengthens the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body. It is recommended for all levels of preparation.
DANCE CLASSES
Pord De Brase (55 min.) is a class with elements of classical choreography that allows you to make your body flexible and your posture truly "royal". Recommended for all levels of fitness.
Dance Mix (55 min.) - an activity that includes various mixed dance styles. During the class, all muscle groups are loaded, flexibility, plasticity and danceability are developed.
DIRECTION "INTELLIGENT BODY"
FW-UP (Fit Wake-up) (55 min.) - the class is aimed at strengthening the back and abdominal muscles and improving posture. You will learn to feel your body, concentrate on performing the exercise. It is recommended for all levels of preparation.
Yoga is a set of various spiritual, mental and physical practices aimed at managing the mental and physiological functions of the body. Recommended for all levels of fitness.
Stretch Mix (Stretching) (30 min.) - the class is aimed at stretching and relaxing all muscle groups, develops flexibility. Recommended for all levels of fitness.
Pilates (55 min.) is a universal system of physical exercises aimed at strengthening the deep layer of muscles, correcting posture, relieving tension and pain in the body.
Callanetics (55 min.) is a system of complex static exercises aimed at shortening and stretching muscles.
